Mumbai: when the co-porators of the Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation (NMMC) passed a no-confidence motion against municipal commissioner Tukaram Mundhe, NK Bhupesh Babu conveyed message at ICSW in favour of Tukaram Munde, extended his support for Mundhe.
NK Bhupeshbabu claims Officer Tukaram Munde works not "for or against one individual or organization" but work for overall development of Navi Mumbaikars. He actions would have been beneficial in long run.
It was shock to see a no-confidence motion was gone against him. Mundhe’s drive against illegal constructions is right step and should be example and I was part of the drive initiated by him. If everyone follow rules, it would be better for our Mumbai, but before this initiation could reach its end he is being transfer.
